Have the best of both worlds, purchase an additional .45/70 cylinder for your BFR .450 Marlin revolver. This can be ordered at the time of purchase of the .450 Marlin revolver through your local Firearms Dealer.

Otherwise you will need to send in your already owned BFR .450 Marlin to have this cylinder installed/fitted. There is no additional charge for this installation and fitting, however, there is return shipping/handling charges of $40.00.
