Confirm the firearm is unloaded before shipping.Contact Magnum Research Technical Support Department to receive a Return Authorization number before shipping a firearm to the factory. If you are having a FFL dealer send in your firearm please have the dealer complete the RA form or fill out the RA using the dealers information. You can do this by online (RA request form) or by calling 218-746-3459 . Ship handguns prepaid via UPS or Fed Ex overnight. Federal law prohibits anyone without a Federal Firearms License from shipping a handgun by mail. Please check for any additional state or local regulations. With your return, enclose a letter that references your Return Authorization number and includes: name; address; phone number; and firearm model and serial number. The letter should describe, in detail, the problem being experienced or work to be done.

A. Non-warranty service will be billed at $65/hour + cost of parts + $40 shipping and handling. There is a minimum $60 charge + $40 shipping and handling.

Individuals require prepayment by check, money order, or credit card authorization. Magnum Research accepts Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover.

A. It is difficult for us to keep track of the ever changing laws in the different states. The best way to make certain that you are compliant to the laws in your state is to check with your local office of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) or your local firearms dealer.

A. Please allow two to three weeks for your pistol and four weeks for your rifle.
