Please make sure to include all of your magazines when sending in your firearm (so we can properly function test it) a brief cover letter including your name, your billing address, a ship-to address if different (for firearms: we prefer a business address/or your dealer's address since firearms are shipped with an adult signature required), daytime phone number (with area code) and a brief description of what you would like us to look at or do to your Magnum Research product. We will contact before any work is done for authorization of charges and payment if if you product is out of warranty, so please be sure to give us a daytime phone number that you may be reached at to insure a timely response.
We will then return your handgun/revolver to you at your ship to address provided by Fed Ex overnight/insured with an adult signature required, all rifles are returned by Fed Ex ground/insured with an adult signature required and an accessory item will be returned by Fed Ex ground or mail. We suggest shipping your product directly with UPS, Fed Ex or U.S. Mail rather than different mailing services, to insure you the best possible shipping rates/charges. Remember to be sure to purchase shipping insurance on your product (for what it would cost you to replace it if it is lost by the shipping service you choose) and to get a tracking number from the shipping company.
